This is the place for you, if you have a house in Kerala and would love to make it a Holiday Rental or Homestay [or if its already a Homestay or Holiday Rental]. Add your home in the list of Gods Own Homes, its easy, you just have to send us some photographs and a short description on the house for us to upload it on our website BUT before we upload, we will visit your place just to make sure that its worth the name Gods Own Home.

Your house will be added in the list of Homestay or Holiday Rental according to the service you wish to provide. If you are also staying in the same house [or in the cases of independent cottages, if you are staying close by] then you can ask us to add it as a Homestay. Please refer to heading Homestay to understand the services you are expected to provide. If your house is an independent and fully furnished house [or apartment if in city] and you are not staying anywhere near [especially targeted at Non Residents Keralites/Indians (NRK/NRI) who own houses in Kerala] but do not want leave it to rust while you are away, you can opt for Holiday Rental. The basic aim of giving such houses for Holiday Rental is not with the aim of making a huge profit but to make enough money for the owner to at least maintain the house without any further investment. Such a scheme will also help the owner avoid the headache of asking friends or relatives to cleanup the house just before their arrival.

Please Note:
In cases of Homestay, we prefer to add those places which are already providing this service but are not listed online. In case of Holiday Rentals the house should be fully furnished.
